Three things made this a great experience for me. A: Though this was online experience, it felt like a quality experience with real medical professionals. B: The doctor I spoke too genuinely evaluated my needs and gave great feedback. This didn't feel like a rubber stamp. And finally, the expedience of the process, from first contact, setting up an appointment, the actual appointment and follow-through, everything was smooth and happened quickly.

I was a little skeptical of an online medical service. It was a big relief to be able to meet with someone via telehealth and address any issues. They were able to refill my prescription and they also checked in on me a few days after my appointment to make sure everything was going smoothly. Not only were they affordable, but they responded quickly over text when I had a concern. General Medicine was very helpful!

Dr Patel and every Dr McDonnell were extraordinarily understanding, kind , educated and saved my life. When my PCP and local doctors failed me, Dr Patel went the extra mile to get to the root cause of my issue. I owe them my life. I’m getting the infusions I need now and getting my life back.
