I tried this brand for a simple medication refill between doctor visits. They promised a doctor would be in touch by 4 in the afternoon. Its now 9pm amd still nothing. Its too late to go elsewhere. Took payment. Disappeared. I have to wait til tomorrow to get the rx I needed today. No response to email, text or phone calls.

I had never used this telehealth company before. Completed the questionnaire and requested a chat visit. I was assigned a time 3 hours in advance and that was it. I didn’t hear anything else. No contact from a provider. Calling the support number goes directly to voicemail with a response time of 4 hours. I asked for a refund. No response. They asked to reschedule. How do you reschedule a chat? No response to that either. Disputed the charge with my cc. This is healthcare in America. 😔

I joined GM and filled out my initial information and health history forms, and scheduled a televisit with a doctor, but changed my mind about using weight loss drugs. When I went to the GM website to try and cancel my membership, I found no easy or clear way to cancel. I've emailed them several times asking for a cancellation but have heard nothing back. They charged my Visa for the televisit, even though it never took place. Very frustrating.

After an appointment 2/18 and conforming I had diabetes, the Doctor created a care plan that included Dexcom G7 15 sensors to track glucose levels. We also discussed that it would require Prior Approval from Insurance. I received me meds that were also prescribed at that apartment in 2 days (Amazon Pharmacy) but no G7 After waiting some more time I reached back out to General Medicine (GM) re this and thew response I got was something, Ike It's being processed by Amazon After waiting a couple more days, and not seeing it on Amazon's portal, I contacted Amazon Pharmacy to be advised that they had never received a prescription for it. I then called Medicare, who also advise they had also never received a request for otherization or Prior Authorization. Medicaid also a\greed to reach out to GM with the details needed. I reached back out GM with a breakdown of my findings to be told that Amazon had received the prescription. (I confirmed again that they hadn't) Finally after 3 da ys GM received the Prior Authorization Approval and advised that the prescription had been resubmitted to Amazon. Typically when GM submit a prescription to Amazon I see it on their portal within about 30 minutes, After several hours, it was still not on the portal. I reached out to GM again and after considerable delay received a response that they had now submitted it and would see it within an hour on the portal, which it subsequently did. It's then that I found out that they had submitted a prescription got the Dexcom G7 10, not the 15 as agreed in my care plan and at my appointment back in February I had started to move all of my medical needs over to GM. Now I am not so sure that this a good idea

Don't waste your time. NP was late to our scheduled video call and didn't give me any advice whatsoever. Couldn't even tell me what to take over the counter for a stomach ache. Just kept repeating over and over that I should see a real Dr, even when I clarified why I could not.

The amount you pay is NOT the estimate. They billed my insurance a total of $517 for two 15 min phone calls and two prescriptions. I owe them $316.43 plus I already paid $20 “estimated cost for each visit.” And urgent care facility would be cheaper. This is NOT a good service unless you have the money to have the luxury of getting care from home. My two visits were 10/29/25 and 1/5/26

Booked appointment yesterday, supposed to receive a text by noon. Received a text at 11am saying they were reviewing my chart--I texted back thank you. Hour and a half later, I texted them asking if they needed anymore information. It's now been 2 1/2 hours and still have only received the initial text. Feels like a scam. Should have used urgent care.

My issues is, my insurance was verified and accepted and showed the correct prices for the services. However, when I checked out, it always reverted to cash price. I did not catch this the first time until I saw the invoice and it was too late. I reached out to customer service and they were not able to help. I also checked other services to see if I had the same issues m. It showed my insurance and the copay that was correct, again, upon trying to check out, the price sky rocketed. Even the price without insurance is not the actual cash price. My account also does not work. I sign in and it’s all blank. The AI generator consistently pops up, which is very annoying, I had to be sent the link by customer service for the lab I ordered to view it. I will definitely not use them again as it really seems shady.
