Every single interaction I have had with them from Customer Service to treating physicians has been well beyond my expectations. I have never used an online platform for my healthcare needs and my only complaint is that I wish I found them sooner! All of my questions have been answered quickly even on weekends. The providers are thorough and thoughtful. They even took care of writing an appeal to my insurance company for medical necessity. I was so impressed that I created another appointment the following day for more complex issues and they ordered every single lab test I requested and more. Highly recommend. Don’t spend hours of your day waiting at a doctors office when these guys are just one text away !
