I have been quoted a $25 copay
I have been quoted a $25 copay, which was fine, considering that is the copay I expect with my insurance. At the end of my appointment which was about 3 minutes long I received an additional $30.25, it took me a while but I figured out it was for lab work, it was showing up as no insurance, i have insurance and my copay for labs is only 10.00, when I tried to reach out to somebody in reference to that charge, that by the way was never advised and as far as I know you shouldn't charge people for things before letting them know, I figured out that there's no actual way to speak with anybody. Later that afternoon I went to pick up the medication, turns out the prescription was sent in incorrectly, so now I am going to have to take only half of my medication while I try and figure out if they are going to even be able to fix this or if I'm going to be able to find another doctor. I had tried this service because I thought it was going to be easier than finding a new primary care physician turns out it only made things worse.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I've reached out to both our operations and clinical team to take a closer look at your case. I recognize this must have been a frustrating experience and therefore appreciate your patience as we work through what happened. Update: a ticket was submitted to take a closer look at the lab billing issue.
