Super easy to schedule, convenient for sick care and but also PCP and maintenance care!

The general medicine make easy .the doctor and services is good.

They hooked me up and I am happy with the doctor they referred me to.

I was finally able to get a prescription refill after endless problems, even with my insurance company. I finally decided to go outside my insurance company. They were thorough also. I've been having trouble getting a PCP close enough and reasonably soon enough to get a prescription when my thyroid was very much out of range.

Quick set up of appointment. Dr. was on time and I appreciated her throughness in reviewing my response and why I made the appointment. I hope I don’t have to make another appointment. But it’s nice to know I will be well taken care of if I do.

I reached out to Ge eral Medicine needing an emergency refill of one of my very important prescriptions because I no longer had a primary care doc. The 1st person I was chatting with told me she could not fill it for me and asked me to wait until she could find someone who could.(which is the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star) It was a long and stressful process but once I had a very kind and understanding doctor chatting with me she understood my urgency and filled a 3 month supply for me. She even sent a follow up chat to see how I was doing. I'm very grateful I found General Medicine and got the help I needed from a very caring company. I would recommend General Medicine to any friend or family that needed help when they have no one else to turn to.
