I loved my experience at General Medicine! Every person I interacted with was a white glove professional. Everybody ~ from my Practitioner to the medical staff to the operations team ~ was exceptional and were prompt, compassionate and courteous in the process. I have 100% faith, confidence and trust in General Medicine and I highly recommend this Practice.

My husband found General Medicine late in the evening one night after I was experiencing new health issues for weeks and I started having one bag night and I was able to set up an account and book an appointment with a provider that same night, practically 30 mins later. Since then I’ve been seen quickly, prescriptions sent quickly, they provide thorough after visit care summary and instructions. The everyday support through messaging is very quick and when it’s medical related the care team gets in contact with a physician to answer that medical question quickly. I would recommend General Medicine and look forward to being able to use them again if needed in the future.

Honestly I don’t know what I would do without virtual services like this. A lot of times I cannot make it to a drs office because of my busy schedule. The nurse was knowledgeable and experienced. She took her time and didn’t rush me off the phone. She took great care.

Setting up an appointment was quick and happened the same day. Doctor reviewed my medical history , reviewed bloodwork , and took my feedback. Prescription was filled and delivered that same day through Amazon. Great service all around.

General medicine.co is a life saver. They are prompt at answering questions, sending medication’s to pharmacy, MD appointments and follow up, Fee is reasonable even without insurance. I will always use this service.
