They were super helpful. I had some back and forth with my insurance to figure out which specific medicine was covered and General Medicine was parient and helped me throughout the way.

I had a great experience with General Medicine. The sign up process was simple and was able to get an appointment immediately. They also helped me with a prior authorization and within 2 days, general medicine was able to get it! Once I had the medicine they checked in on me to see how i was feeling. I definitely recommend using this platform.

Highly recommend! The Dr was amazing. She took her time with me and listened- also she is super smart and helped me with my issue. Not being well and having a great experience is rare.

I was able to make an appointment easily on the website and one that fit my schedule. Dr Johnny Guzman was a thoughtful listener and showed compassion and understanding. He came up with a care plan but made sure I was comfortable with it. I left the appt feeling encouraged and hopeful!

These professionals go over and above to help me. Once they wrote a referral for my hospital saying I needed IV antibiotic for the type of pneumonia I had. I was admitted and got the care I needed.My former primary care NP would always tell me to go to the ER. Thanks so much and I'm looking forward to my follow visit.

I was very skeptical using anyone other than a doctor I can physically visit. I recently moved to another state and did not have a doctor in mind I needed to have prescriptions filled and figured I would try online. Wow I was pleasantly surprised..the whole experience was great saw a doctor online he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable all my prescriptions were filled he sent me for labs and I received the results next day. I had an issue getting a prescription filled and they followed up until it was fixed within a day or two..I would definitely give them a 10++
