They offered a 7-day free trial, but when I registered my book, they immediately deleted the trial and demanded payment. I think this is a scam platform, everyone should be careful.

I have been using them for about a month with good results. I like that you can choose which books to review. And if you don't like the book, you can give it a low rating, or you can return it without leaving a review and just choose a different book. Most folks asking for reviews are offering their ebook at a discount, so buying them is not expensive. If you are asking for reviews, I suggest you lower your price to 99 cents temporarily to make it more likely that someone will choose your book to review.

It is so refreshing to find a program/platform with great customer service! On time, RIGHT answers to my guestions as I was new to their product. Far superior to so many others that just don’t answer, answer wrong or so late in replying that I quit or finally asked just Googled it. Thank you Gemsy Team!

The customer service is non-existent. Those recent reviews that claim good things about the customer service are likely fake. They rarely respond to emails or customer support requests through their website. You also never get any real names from them. So you don't know who's responding to your emails or who even runs the company. Completely shady. Avoid!

I am a new customer with Gemsy.io and had experienced a situation the first couple of days that needed admin support. It was late in the day and I sent an inquiry to support, not expecting to hear back for a day or two, which is customary. To my surprise, I received a response within hours. Not only had the site owner/manager addressed the issue, but he had completely handled all aspects of it. In the response, he had also made a suggestion to optimize my listing and offered to assist with the technical aspects. I am very impressed with the level of support, the competence, and the apparent customer-centered approach of this platform. With this level of service, I fully expect Gemsy.io to be one of the top review sites on the Internet, if not there now.

The response time from customer service was prompt. As a new user to the platform, Brian does his best to explain the nitty-gritty details that I need to understand. He was patient and replied within a day. This is a good platform for authors who genuinely have good books that they want people to benefit from. It is also a great platform for readers to get loads of free books to read. Thumbs Up Gemsy!

It’s a wonderful platform for us authors. They comply with Amazon’s TOC and update regularly to make their service even better. I especially like the goodreads option which is fairly new. Thank you!
