Absolute abzocke. Es werden absolut keine Leser gefunden und man hat auch keine Möglichkeit die Anzeigen irgendwie zu pushen. Für den deutschen Markt daher völlig ungeeignet.

They offered a 7-day free trial, but when I registered my book, they immediately deleted the trial and demanded payment. I think this is a scam platform, everyone should be careful.

The customer service is non-existent. Those recent reviews that claim good things about the customer service are likely fake. They rarely respond to emails or customer support requests through their website. You also never get any real names from them. So you don't know who's responding to your emails or who even runs the company. Completely shady. Avoid!

My partner and I have been using this service to get our books reviewed. Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience. The service is expensive, and requires a lot of effort to use, there has been multiple issues that we have reported to support and they have not done anything to resolve them. The worst is after all the issues a very small percentage of the reviews we "earned" were ever redeemed. Support always has some excuse for their system not working or reviews not being compete. The final straw was saying we needed to email them if we wanted our reviews to be redeemed? What? Complete nonsense, my gut feeling is this site is 90% a scam, I think there an extremely small amount of users and one person running this out of their basement. That is all fine and good if it actually worked. But it doesn't. I wasted hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours of mine and my partners time.

Horrible customer service and not many people use the site, I used it for a month and had over 50 requested reviews that I doubt will ever be filled. I hope there is a better site out for getting reviews, this one is a huge waste of money.
