My wife loved the bracelet!

My shipment was late and the wrong size was sent.

The earrings are fine accept for the backings. I d\should have looked more closely that they were not made of the matching white gold instead they were plastic. The box also left something to be desired,

Gem Stone King is customer friendly. I had ordered a pair of earrings and used their next day and red carpet options. I wanted my order to receive special attention and to arrive the next day after I ordered...thus paid for next day service. Well, the item did not come the next day, in fact it did not come until the 5th day after I ordered it. I emailed customer service and explained my disappointment. I soon received my "next day fee" back as well as the red carpet fee I had paid. They were very responsive and did not question. I can tell they want what is best for the customer. I did get the earrings, a gift for my sister, and sent them to her and as I understand she should be getting them today, Christmas Eve 2019. Thank you Gem Stone King. I will be shopping with you again one day.

The opal in my ring fell out. Hadn’t had the ring 3 days and the opal fell out and I am very disappointed and haven’t been able to reach anyone and no one is getting back to me. Very unhappy customer.

I wish I could get more nice package and box. It's for the gift. The box looks cheap. I bought other gift box. If GSK gave the nice gift box, I would gime them 5 stars.

The gemstone was great! The picture of the woman wearing the necklace miss-represented the length of the necklace. I would have paid more for a length that would have been 22 inches in length so it would fit my wife's neck. The picture showed a length much longer than what I was buying.
