This company is fraudulent. Thank god I have some gemology training. No treatments were declared for the necklace we bought. Under the microscope it was clear that the sapphire had been heated and is heavily fractured, the "ruby" is that lead glass filled junk and still looks heavily fractured with poor clarity. Facet junctions on the gems look like someone has owned these stones for 30 years, they are heavily chipped. Will be contacting for full refund. Buyer BEWARE. This is illegal behavior and completely unethical.

If I could give this company a zero I would. But it is not an option here.The earrings I received were so poorly made I must say I was in shock. I put the ear rings on and as I was sitting in a chair the stone literally fell off onto the floor. Trying to get a return label has been a challenge. I’ve been promised an email with the return label twice now, and still no label. In a world where return labels can be sent (via email)in seconds I’m feeling it could be possible I have been had. I will give it another 24 hours in hopes of receiving this return label. But sadly I am not holding my breath. Buyers beware.

Beware costume jewelry at its worst! The ring I purchased was described as purplish in color it was not that at all it was green and only when a light was shining directly on the ring could you see the green otherwise it looked black. The ring also felt cheaply made. When I called in to ask about an exchange because of the stone color the person that answered my call was rude and snippy so I canceled! Worst customer service ever!

The service from gem stone was great! The shipping was horrendous….that will keep me from buying again.

Despite fancy website and too many notification emails, the mistake that was made was I was sent the wrong product. Pay those people better.

I can't review the item because I haven't received it after a week when it said 2-3 day shipping. So as far as current experience. 1star. Maybe my mind will change when I actually receive the product.

The product looks very small, so has to be returned. Also there is no free label for return, and it cannot even to dropped physically to the address, but has to be mailed. Very inconvenient!!!

I ordered 2 pair earrings.. received them ,wanted larger ones.. called was told to return for refund..I sent back ,they received the return on the 18th of August.. still can't get a answer if they refunded me.. it should they haven't.. I have emailed my times . Still no reply.. Probably wouldn't buy from them again.. only because u can't get a straight answer from them
