Reputable jeweler with fine items, quick ship, and reliability. The chain on the pendant necklace, however, was very thin and is in a knot after carefully putting it away. I was very surprised.

Got them in a timely manner and was perfect. Significant other loved then and the case they came in too.

Beautiful but band is pretty thin and hard to see any 10k stamp. Moissanite is very sparkly.

I purchased a ring. Unfortunately it was not very well made. I wanted to love it so much. But it was too large, looked kind of cheap, and would dig into my surrounding fingers in a painful way. However the service was great. It came very quickly, and the customer service was excellent when I emailed about returning it. And I received a full refund promptly after they received the ring back. I just wish the quality of the jewelry was as good as the customer service. So excellent service but unfortunately not so excellent jewelry.

Lovely jewelry, quality pieces with great finishing. I've been wearing their pieces for nearly a decade and own several. The dock of a star is for their website which is just plain frustrating to search. They would do well to work with a good web designer to fix the search function. I found what I was looking for after looking through 23 pages and by accident. Had it come up with my search terms without every single item with any of the words I searched for coming up I would have found it months ago. In short, allow for a search using all the words and not every single word on it's own. Blue Moissanite Ring should bring up rings with blue moissanite. Not every ring that is blue and every ring that is moissanite. It's unfortunate but they are missing out on sales due to this search issue.

The earing looks the way I expected it too. Gorgeous. Maybe I would give one suggestion: Either the clip to close would.be flexible or there would have an earirng back to make the earing close to the eat lobe and not loosen.
