I received the wrong color of stones in the bracelet I ordered. I called customer service number and the phone was answered right away by a real person. I explained the situation, she quickly assured me that the correct color would be sent out to me that day. I received the correct color within the week. The item looks very nice quality and is for my granddaughter's birthday in a few days. I am hoping the quality of this bracelet with be equal to it's beauty and to the wonderful customer service I received. I am about to order earrings to match. Very happy with Gem Stone King so far!
