I bought a ring from this company the stone fell off after wearing it a over a month. I bought it in January and contacted the company in February. They said to send it back and they would fix it or give me a replacement. I did not hear anything for a month finally contacted them in March and they basically told me that because of the current situation, they cant help me get my ring back or give me a refund. I lost 220.00 plus tax, so from now on I will never order anything from this company who exists since 1903 and is still in business.
