Gem Stone King JewelryReviews of gemstoneking.com

The selection, purchase and delivery were excellent. I think the item purchased had a slightly different color but overall was still satisfactory.

I ordered 2 pair earrings.. received them ,wanted larger ones.. called was told to return for refund..I sent back ,they received the return on the 18th of August.. still can't get a answer if they refunded me.. it should they haven't.. I have emailed my times . Still no reply.. Probably wouldn't buy from them again.. only because u can't get a straight answer from them

Great product! Great service! I love my bracelet so much I bought a 2nd one so that I always have one!!! 💖

Amazing Product for a great price. Was looking everywhere for a men's sapphire ring that wasn't lab-created but not too expensive and they had one and it was amazing. It arrived in 2 days and i couldn't be happier would definitely recommend it.

The earrings were stunning. Quick delivery. Price OK

Bought tanzanite butterfly earrings and when received they were damaged. Called Gem Stone Kings and promptly a new pair was sent. Awesome customer service. Have ordered several items from them and are very happy with purchases.

I received the merchandise on time, however it was supposed to be delivered in a box. Unfortunately the box was smashed beyond recognition and I had to pull the merchandise out from within it. The merchandise itself was unharmed. I don’t know if this was a gemstone king problem or the delivery service, either way I was unhappy.

I love shopping for jewelry at Gem Stone King! Their site is well-organized, they have products ranging from super affordable to high end, and their customer service, shipping, rewards program, returns policy and online purchasing experience are all flawless.
