Online shopping is great, it would be helpful to be able to compare the size of the jewelry to a known item before placing the order. It would also be helpful to be able to specify getting a larger sizing on a bracelet. Good value!

I like the designs

I ordered 2 paired rubies from GemsNY to replace garnets I had in my ring. They came in as expected, when I had them re-appraised by my jewlery desinger they appraised out slightly lower than what was given by GemsNY but overall very happy with the purchase.

Great website. Earrings exactly as chosen and delivered promptly.

I love my emerald pendant but I gave them four stars because I felt the website was a bit misleading with items. I was originally thinking about an astrological setting for my pendant. On the website it was listed as the same price as the less expensive of the two regular settings I was looking at. When I called Gemsny to ask what the difference was between astrological and regular settings I was told the astrological was made individually so the gem would touch the skin and was more expensive by at least $120. I then asked why it was the same price on the website and was told that was an error and would be corrected. So I went with the regular setting. I few days later I checked and the price was only raised by $30, not $120. I feel I was not accurately informed about this. The other misleading item is the ending date for the 10% off date. I made sure to get my order in by that date only to discover the date was now for another month. I was told that was not unusual for them. I just feel both items were misleading. But as far as the pendant I received I am very pleased with it's appearance and color.

In my opinion Gemsny is a great place to buy gems and jewelry. Ernie did his best with me and even recommended against his own interests to give me a true opinion. And my ring came out great. But I do have a recommendation of my own, they need better pictures of the gems and also hd video to get a better understanding of what your buying, because their pictures either doesn't do their gem justice or the gem has flaws you can't see in the picture they have. But other that i will be buying at least another ring or two.
