Great everything but the execution. The website experience was top notch, being able to learn all types of information. Pick n Choose options. Lots of loose gems, even overnight shipping. The customer service was extremely helpful. But to me shipping is important. I deducted three stars(will change upon future purchases) on behalf of the center stone not being protected from the matching band. Hard to believe there was no additional precautionary attempt or protection. They could had wrapped the matching band in paper foam to keep it in place and protected just in case it pops out of the pocket, put the matching band in a separate box, or even a little piece of cardboard to create a wall for the two. Otherthan ordering at the same time why put the two together when im suppose to present just the one? I was able to identify a long scar and multiple marks where the matching band made impact on the center stone. The amount of shaking from Transportation and others redundant curiosity should be taking into consideration to avoid lost of quality. IMO, This incident alone will not help when doing a trade up to a higher quality piece in the future. I Will continue to shop at GemsNy as everything else was better than expected. I bought this years ago and gave it as an engagement ring. Today, I borrowed it from my SO to look it over. Things I noticed: the gem is mounted crookedly, both not level and rotated when compared to the ring blank (which is also just a little bent across its diameter below the stones). I notice all these things when I bought it, but was excited enough to propose that I actively overlooked them. To be honest, I will have to take it to a local jeweler to clean and correct the setting, but I'm not sure I want to find out if the gems are what Gemsny told me they were.

They forgot to ship the product until I called to check on my order, and the overall product quality was underwhelming. The setting of the stones seemed like a rush job, with the beads uneven, and the stones a little off alignment.
