She guided us at every step, offered her expertise, and made the experience a true pleasure. The result was the most incredible Alexandrite ring I have ever seen. They can do and create just about anything your imagination can conjure. The experience was so positive that we are ready for the next creation. I cannot recommend them enough!

I bought a 0.67 cushion pigeon red ruby that's heirloom, untreated and I had it GIA certified which confirmed its untreated and it was a very reasonable price and better quality then any other site I have visited online and even local jewelers. They are absolutely amazing at customer service, I could call almost anytime and get help with what I needed. They also provide a much more personalized experience since I only ever had to work with Kayla, and she was fantastic. Thanks so much for the amazing gemstone and service!
