Gem Shopping NetworkReviews of gemshopping.com

Love these earrings! They are a beautiful color, nicely matched and a perfect size. I really like that they are half moon shape, not the usual round or opal types you see everywhere. I hope you have more sales like the one that I was able to get these through!

I love my Gem Shopping Jewelry and my shopping experiences. I have a variety of beautiful jewelry and it was acquired online as well as from the Gem Shopping Network television auctions. The hosts are knowledgeable as are the operators and I enjoy watching the various Gem Shopping programs. When I have ordered items, they have shipped in a timely manner, well packaged and in good condition. All in all, I highly recommend the Gem Shopping Network for quality and value.

I love anthill garnet. When I saw the earrings at such an affordable price I had to get them. I have learned so much about gemstones from the show hosts and guests. Keep up the good work!

I couldn’t be happier w/my latest purchase. It’s prettier in person and I can’t wait to wear it everyday. Thank you for your great deals and service.

Within a few days of ordering my item, it was at my front door. The item is beautiful and very unique and I wear it every single day. Everyone was so helpful taking the order and kind with words. Thank you Gem Shopping.

Fast shipping, Beautiful ring.

There appears to be communication issues. For one they were not consistent on their one protocols. Only once was I asked for last partial act number and security code. I was told both fact are supposed to be asked each time. I received receipts that did not agree with what was discussed on the phone. I was charged for items oversold and no acknowledgement was made to me. I had to call to enquire. I was also not provided with time frame for mountings I again had to call. I love the show and the gems but I do not like the fact I have to ask and check every little thing. So far everything I purchased is beautiful and priced great so that is why I rated high.

Gem shopping network has great prices on jewelry. They have the WORST customer service (after the fact). The sales people for the most part are fine. When you have an issue after you have purchased something, the customer service is deplorable. I have actually had four extremely bad experiences with so called customer service. My first experience, I purchased a pin which they (the host and the rep from Cirari) both said it had a bail so it could be worn as a pin and a pendant. When I received it, there was the flimsiest chain possible attached through the pin clasp. There was no bail and it did not and still doesn't sit correctly so it really cannot be worn as pendant. I bought it to wear as a pendant. I E-mailed and called with my concerns. The women I spoke with said she preferred to E-mail me back with a resolution. She was going to see if they could put a bail on it. She NEVER E-mailed me back and she NEVER called me either. They just completely blew me off. That was there resolution. The description on my receipt describes the piece as a pendant. That's funny. Basically, the hosts and reps can straight up lie to you with no consequences.
