My wife had her ring dropped off at USPS in order to be sent in for a resize but the ring never arrived at Gema&Co. Management was very helpful and professional through out the whole process. Management was able to resolve this issue quickly and within a reasonable time frame. Thanks Gema&Co!

About 2 going on 3 weeks ago, I asked Gemaandco to resize my oval moissanite pave ring and they immediately sent me the packing and tracking number slips all free of charge. I was so happy as I have sent in my ring before and it came back perfect with no issues. I dropped off my ring at the post office, had lost my turn in receipt, and noticed that the post office tracking online was no longer updating after 1.5 weeks of me dropping it off. I thought this was extremely weird and so I contacted Gemaandco and told them what happened. The whole time during the past few weeks, their staff replied so fast and diligently to me and they went above and beyond to get me a replacement for my ring even though I had lost my turn in receipt from the post office. I am truly grateful and am so thankful to Liz and Josh at Gemaandco. I cannot thank this company enough and what they have done for me and my husband. The customer service has been the best and I am so glad, appreciative, and thankful to have chosen this company to work with! I am now waiting on my replacement to ship out soon and cannot wait for it to arrive. Thank you so much Gemaandco for your service and hardwork! ❤️
