Great company, amazing communication and customer support

I am in absolute love with my ring. I saw the original design on a different website, but the price range was way over my budget (by thousands of dollars), so I decided to contact Gema&co to see if they could create the exact design I was looking for at a more reasonable price. Wow, did they deliver and more! It’s everything I wanted and more, plus, the communication by Liz is professional, timely, and overall unmatched. My only complaint is that I opted for 14k gold and I did not realize that it can sometimes turn my skin green (depending on lotion and skincare products), but that’s true for any 14k gold, according to what I’ve researched. I give my highest possible recommendation and also want to add that I’ve received MANY compliments on my ring after only having it for one month. Thanks, Gema&co!

The customer service was absolutely fantastic! My fiancée and I love her ring so much, but I was even more impressed with the customer service! I was stressing out about getting this ring around midnight and sent an email with inquiries about the ring and got a response in less than 30m! Liz Weaver was most helpful in answering all of my questions about the ring and ensuring accommodations for a wider shank width! I would recommend this site and my ring specifically 100 times over!
