Loved this experience! I was worried about the packaging giving anything away but it came in a very discreet box and was required to be signed for. I bought a ring too big and the resizing process was easy, free, and simple!

Absolutely beautiful and so well done. I gave them a vision I drew up myself and they perfected it. They communicated very well with me and had quick response time. I would definitely recommend and order again.

Honestly could not be happier with the customer service of Gema&Co or their product. I experienced the customer service in two instances: First I had prolonged email exchanges before ordering to make sure I understand everything correctly and clarify my questions. After all was said and done, I did run into some trouble with international shipping that Gema&Co’s customer service team was able to find a compromise for. After transferring the ring to its rightful owner, my wife, and the very positive reception it received I had a second and final encounter with the customer service when my wife noticed that one of the fixtures seemed to be slightly loose. We were advised to get it tightened locally and get a reimburse from Gema. However our choice of expert was a faulty one, which led us to send the ring in again and Gema actually replacing it due to the damage done by our expert. This really stood out to me, as exceptional and also concludes my review.
