The customer service at this company is unmatched. I ordered the open ring to go between my engagement ring and wedding band and was contacted same day to confirm how wide they should make the opening so it fit my ring perfectly and through a few back and fourth emails we were able to land on a size and I received my ring within 2 weeks time (probably sooner but I wasn't counting!). It's perfect and fits like a glove and I love it. Definitely recommend!
