I literally never leave TrustPilot reviews but here goes. Gema&Co worked very closely with me to craft a custom ring using a stone I already had. I sent them the design I wanted and my old ring, and they created a new one with a new setting and more stones perfectly. They were super clear, precise, and timely in all their communications. It looked like this team works around the clock - answering my questions at 10pm, 8am, 2pm etc — and I had a LOT of questions. My ring got slightly delayed but they communicated transparently about that too. When it finally arrived, it was perfect. Highly recommend them for brilliant stones and rings that don’t cost the bloated and artificial price of “real” diamonds. Moissanite and Gena&Co for the win!

Absolutely recommend this company! The ring my now fiancé ordered is gorgeous, and the customer service is top notch! Very quick response time I emailed on a Saturday night around 11 asking about sending it in to resize thinking I’d hear back Monday, but I had a response within the hour! Shipping it back was easy and they quickly resized it and sent it right back. 10/10 recommend and we will be getting our bands and more from here in the future!
