I am so impressed with their customer service and considerate attention. I thought I had a problem, but it was an issue i created, yet they responded kindly and helped resolve the issue.

They answered my email very quickly. My dad ordered the wrong size shirt. They are sending out the right size and waiving the postage fee. I really appreciate their efficiency. Will buy from them again.

I purchased a 250 years of blessing American flag and have flown it proudly for about 5 months. Because we live in a more than unusually windy area, the flag took a beating and in the end, one of the gromets tore through the material. After checking with the website on a warranty, I was met with one of the most outstanding people in customer care, Amber. She was so genuine, professional and really represented Gearvet with pride. She answered all of my questions quickly, professionally and with a flair for caring and concern. Couldn't have been a better experience as they quickly ordered me a new flag free of charge since it was still under warranty. I've purchased several of their products and to me, great customer service speaks volumes about not only the representative, but the company and culture as well. Highly recommended!!

I dont understand why the sizes vary in the same size shirt without an explanation verifying there is a differance!

This was my first time ordering from Gearvet, so I wasn't sure how it would go. I received my polo shirt and was very pleased with it. I did have a question about something on the shirt but Lisa in customer support answered it. Great customer service. I will be ordering more products from Gearvet as time goes on. I made a mistake on the years of service, and they were willing to correct it and send me a replacement for a minimal charge. They were on top of it and were very helpful getting my replacement in a timely manner. Since then, I have ordered more merchandise and have been very satisfied with all!

There was an issue with an order I placed. It was my mistake not Gearvets. Amber went above and beyond to help me.
