I ordered an item from GEARVET. When I received the item I discovered it was too small and not the item I wanted. I immediately contacted customer support. I received a response the very next day. After further research it was discovered that I had ordered the wrong item. GEARVET helped me resolve the issue. I highly commend their customer service for their quick response . I intend to do business with the company again. I will recommend them to other people.

Gearvet.com is owned by outboxer LLC both who are CHINA OWN . THIS CHINESE COMPANY SENT THIER PRODUCTS TO A USA WAREHOUSE TO SALE AND SHIP HERE IN THE USA. GOOGLE EARTH THIER MIDDLETOWN ADDRESS AND SEE THAT IT IS A 3 STORY OFFICE SUITE BUILDING. THERE ARE NO SHIPPING DOCKS HERE. NO NAME ON THE BUILDING. A FRONT TO SAY THEY ARE BASED IN THE US BUY ARE NOT. MY ORDER IS OVER 30 DAY OLD. I'M STILL WAITING.

Surprisingly enough...this was quite easy to do! I entered into my cart my purchase selections and sent my request in along with my credit card information. 8 days later it was delivered to my front door! It was exactly what I ordered and what I expected. The condition was perfect due to the solid packing. A positive experience to say the least and I won't hesitate to order from them in the near future.

My third order had a problem, but after contacting Mia in Customer Service, I had the problem corrected immediately. I ordered a hat with my ship’s name and hull number. It is very poor quality and does not hold its shape well. It is screen printed not embroidered. Will not refund money if not satisfied. Buyer beware.
