order never showed up
I placed two separate orders recently. One was cancelled after a week of waiting. The other order never showed up and was never cancelled so I am out the money. Not very reliable at all. Very disappointed. I only chose one star because I had to select one. I would give it a zero!!!

Christina, I'm so sorry to hear of your experience. I just checked your account and noticed your last order shipped on 8/18 so you should receive it any day now. The other order canceled because the seller did not ship the item in time and I suspect they may not have received the email. Do you still want this item? I will call the seller now for you and have this shipped. Also, we never charge a card until the item ships so the order that canceled; you were never charged for that. Don't order unless you know your size exactly
I ordered a Patagonia winter jacket and I'm an extra large in everything I wear. I even went on the Patagonia website to check my size dimensions and XL was what I needed. When I got the coat, the sleeves went past my hands and the jacket swallowed me. The nail in the coffin is that no refunds are excepted. Guess I'm stuck with this giant jacket. Thanks GearTrade!

If an item is misrepresented or there is a defect we will accept the return. If you ever have a problem, don't hesitate to contact us as we are willing to do what's best for the customer.
