Avoid consignment selling process
My experience selling items directly on Geartrade has been a pretty good one, quick enough if you sell the item on your own and leave Geartrade out of the process. I decided to try their consignment program to sell a bunch of items, and that was a big mistake. Way too slow even when your gear sells quickly. I had several items sell within a couple of days, but nearly a month later and I still have not been paid for a single item. Very little communication from Geartrade, like pulling teeth. If you're going to use Geartrade to sell items, list it on your own and deal directly with individual buyers.

Thanks for your feedback. I see your account is setup on auto-pay, so after an order completes you are paid direct to your Venmo account on file. When your gear sells, and the 14 day return window has passed, payment is sent to your Venmo. In looking at your account, all payments have been successfully sent. This payment process is a bit slower on consignment items versus selling direct to customers on the marketplace. Since we offer a 14 day return policy on these items, we have to wait until this window passes in order to pay our consignors.
