It took 2 weeks to receive my order, I did not receive an email notification that it was about to ship. Once received I noticed several scratches on the cup, granted normal wear & tear may do that, but this is a brand new item I paid $39.99 total for, and to receive it all ready having several scratches on it is not what I consider good business.

I ordered two ornaments. The graphics turned out great. One of the ornaments has an orange background that just kind of washes out the other colors of the ornament. I would not choose the orange background again but I would order again from this vendor because the ornaments are a nice quality and nice product.
