The cup I originally ordered did not have the correct colour's that I selected. When the supplier became aware of it, from my review, they contacted me immediately and resent another cup that was just perfect! Great customer service...

Exactly as pictured and described. I am in Canada and shipping was super fast from the USA. Product arrived un damaged. I had to contact support about tracking and they were extremely helpful. even followed up after the item was delivered which shocked me. Great product, Great customer support and fast shipping. I wish they sold other stuff I need!

I loved the mug and so did my farrier. Due to the slow mail service because of Covid I was upset that it took so long but the arrival was worth the wait. It was perfect! I will check out the website again for gifts! Thank you for selling such a great idea of personalized products!
