Our old GE Monogram freezer on bottom died after 16 years and we decided to replace it with the same basic refrigerator. However, the door is bent, clearly, so the panels do not line up. After spending close to $11,000 we feel we have a lemon. GE came out the next day but said there is nothing they could do and will not replace the door. We got a lemon, we're not happy. It functions, it is just not a aesthetically correct.

I'll start by saying that I haven't had the chance to actually test the products and provide a review on them as I just had the delivered and installed. But the one star review comes as GE no longer provides user manuals for thier appliances. You now need to call/visit their customer support website to get a PDF of the manual for download. They refuse to send the customer an physical copy. Their "go green" a.k.a "save a penny" policy/scheme prohibits them from sending this out. I know this is petty on my part, but after spending thousands of dollars on appliance's it would be nice to be able to run through some basic installation instructions upon setting up the appliance. Not fun having to get down on you hands and knees to look up product numbers on the appliance for online manuals. If GE is so concerned about "going green" they should maybe focus efforts on the reducing the crazy amount of cardboard used in packaging instead of not sending paper manuals.

Wanted to leave no stars, but cant post without at least one. I bought a new Adora french door fridge and a new dishwasher both in November if 2018. Both worked great for almost 3 years. Fridge started to freeze and ice up behind the drawers in July of 2021 and freezing the food. Freezer part was fine. Replaced the fans that stopped, that lasted 10 months. May of 2022, freezing food in the fridge again. Replaced more fans and a thermostat. July of 2023, again froze the food. The dishwasher stopped working in September of 2022. Replaced two boards, worked for 6 months and stopped working. Repair tech said dishwasher is not worth fixing and the fridge compressor was super hot. We bought a new fridge and dishwasher Aug 29, 2023, Not GE! There is no quality or craftsmanship in GE. They are a chinese owned company and it shows. Do not purchase GE!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY..BAD PRODUCTS AND ATROCIOUS CUST SVC. Haven't even owned the wash/dryer combo for a yr & he tells me last thurs that it's a bad motherboard & that someone will contact me soon. When no calls or texts came in, I called & they made an appt for today b/w 8-5 & I took yet another day off from work. At 4 pm I called only to be told a lie by rep the svc tech called & my v.m. box was full... Then when I asked for a MGR, Sheila (sp?) she tells me that the part hasn't come in yet!! WHAT KIND OF A SORRY company does this????? I AM NEVER BUYING GE AGAIN & JUDGING BY THE BAS REVIEWS ON HERE, clearly they are the WORST!

Well I can honestly say how disappointed I am with my brand new dishwasher! Installed it June 2023 and yellow light and didn't work. Had to call warranty Wo# service man wonderful but product still doesn't work with new power switch..then he was told today to tear the door apart! Totally unacceptable. I escalated to Alex the manager file he says the the door has to be all opened up and take apart! This is a brand new appliance! He will not replace it! This company is not even with the Better business bureau! Never ever would myself or spouse recommend this Dishwasher! Don't buy it you will have problems! Totally disgusted!

My wife and I needed a dryer. We have 5 other GE appliances in our home so we thought we would get a GE dryer. Unfortunately we are regretting that decision. We bought the dryer in October of 2022, in late November to early December it stopped producing heat. Someone came out to access it and order the part. Upon our date of having the dryer repaired we were informed the employee with the part had been let go so they have to reorder the part (we were at home waiting and had taken the day off ) and we would then have to take our 3rd day off work to have it finally repaired. In February the dryer was repaired then broke again about a month and a half later. At this point I asked to have it replaced and was told I needed to have it repaired and assessed again and if it infact broke again (repair men kept telling us the dryer is a bad model and has faulty electric and the heater will continue to go out) then we (GE) would consider other options and replacement being one of those options. So we had the dryer repaired again, 2 days later, broke again, and after several calls to GE we are told to have it repaired again although the repair men tell us the unit is bad and we need to get a better unit. However the repair companies are telling GE it can be repaired even though it has failed us 3 times. We feel like we paid our hard earned money and trusted a company to help us and stand by their product and all we have been repeatedly told is to wait and have it repaired again. GE also only has record of 3 visits there have been 1 cancelled and 4 total visits. We both work full time, have 3 kids and find it costly and tough to go to the laundromat when we also have a washer and dryer at home. We are coming up on October sooner than later when our warranty is up and have only used our dryer for about 3 months.

The products no longer come with user manuals, it says inside if you want a print one to call this number they will send you one. You call the number they refuse to send you one. So now you have this appliance that you spent thousands of dollars on with no manual. They send you to their stupid website which is simply awful. The other reviews are correct I should have listened.

Horrible company and customer service. Don’t buy from them. Would not recommend purchasing anything well definitely not something with much money. The normal warranty you pay for like for other companies is not the same. Really it’s a bs reimbursement, meaning on top of what you’ve already paid for. They fight you on immediately sending a replacement, and on sending a technician. In the end to say buy another one the same value then we would send you a refund. After weeks of waiting for the service tech to come out today. He was supposed to be here between 8-12pm by 12:53 called and the tech lied and said they couldn’t reach us. Yet we been here a up all morning. Prime example had this air conditioner brand new and not even a year yet. Which I only used for a month last year. Go to cut on now and it’s defected keeps beeping and clicking off. Mind you now I’m finding out bad model and a lot of customers had the same issue. Yet they doing anything not to service it or replace. Horrible customer service bedside manner and just want your money!
