I would give zero stars if I could. We bought a dishwasher that hasn't worked since day one. They have given us the run around with no way to contact them other than waste my time on the phone for hours. They gave me an email to reply to, no one responds. A txt to reply to, no one responds. And they then close your case. This company does not deserve to be in business with such disrespect to their customer base. I have emailed their CEO of GE appliances. I told them I have a choice of product that I buy and am sorry I ever chose GE.

Ordered a replacement part for my broken washing machine with two day shipping. No where on the site did it state it was a back order. Next day I get an automated e-mail stating my order would be delayed by a MONTH+. To cancel, I had to call a number that wasn't operating that day -- and even a day later that line has such early hours it's difficult to get in touch with them due to the time difference (pacific vs eastern) since they close at 4pm here, which is quite inconvenient. Replies to the e-mail address just bounce. Hope I don't have to do a chargeback over this crap. They should have stated it was a backorder on the website. Misleading.

I waited 5 weeks to get my ordered delivered. On the 5th week I was forced to cancel because their partner shipping company "SDS-1EA-RAS Logistics, In" couldn't get it together. I was on the phone with them for 2 weeks every other day: a complete waste of my time that proved to be fruitless 1) They kept saying the status was "pending" on the computer so the agent wouldn't release the W/D even though it had been at the warehouse for 3 weeks! 2) The couldn't get it delivered btwn 9 am - 4 pm in Manhattan. ?! Best to spend the extra $200 but get your ordered actually delivered AND in a timely manner. I will be sure tell all my friends/family to stay away from GE Appliances company due to the absolute INCOMPETENCE of the shipping company they have decided to partner with. Best Buy and Home Depot all the way from now on.

AWFUL! Beware of what you order and who you order from! I am totally screwed on the corporate shitshow. I will never order or buy GE products again nor even a nail for Home Depot. These two companies play the game of playing circles around the customer as these “corporations” screw the consumer. Am done with both and never order these products online. I would give a negative number if possible. I also placing the same review on Home Depot

Called customer service to find out when my order would be arriving since the tracking number never gave me any updated information. Talked to a rep who sounded a bit elderly. Started to give her my order number which she abruptly and sternly told me to wait a few minutes. Gave her my order number and she stated when the item was sent and that was all the info she had and could do nothing else. Wasted my time by calling since I did not receive any more information other than what I already knew. Rep was rude and did not address my issue.

Not even close to what I ordered! Ordered a lamp socket for my GE microwave. Received a thermostat instead. The invoice listed the correct part# and was even accompanied with the incorrect part when I received it in the mail. I promptly sent the incorrect part back to GE explaining on the invoice that they sent me the wrong part and that I still needed the correct part.(There wasn’t a drop down box for selecting that GE sent me the wrong part- go figure.) Instead of GE sending me the correct part after they received it, they just credited me the cost of the part and made me eat the $7.95 shipping cost. Without integrity or any remorse, they did not even consider sending me the correct part. I guess I’m suppose to be happy that they sent me the wrong part and took my shipping fee for their mistake. Contacted Customer Service, what a joke. They just passed me on to someone else. What a hassle. I’ll never order anything else from GE. Customer Service needs to make this right, but I’m not expecting anything due to their incompetence.

GE Trash compactor was delivered on March 2, 2022, and then it was broken after 3 months. I asked GE to replace the unit but customer relations insisted that technician have to fix it. Service delayed for 3 months and it was finally "fixed" on Nov. 2022, and then it was broken again with the exact same issue on 3/16/2023. I asked GE to replace the unit again, and they said if it is not repairable, they can replace it. And then it was broken two more times and technician gave up finally after 4th issue with the exact same reason. Now GE said I need to pay $364.19 for a replacement. The unit was not repairable from the beginning, so the product I used cannot be salable, so I have to get a replacement without any further expense. It is COMPLETELY WRONG. Product is faulty and Customer Relations are worse.

On Friday, October 13th, we purchased online a GE Profile front-loader WD that was running a promotion to buy a riser/pedestal and get one free from GE with a Visa gift card. We went into the store the following day, and sure enough, NFM had the flyer for the promotion displayed as well. Our salesman also confirmed that this was indeed the case for the promotion. After sending in all of the required information to GE, they denied the claim, saying that NFM was NOT a participating GE/Cafe Appliance Promotions Dealer. We only purchased this product based on the promo that NFM was running! They SHOULDN'T BE RUNNING A PROMO IF their COMPANY IS NOT A PARTICIPANT. THIS IS DECEPTIVE AND MISLEADING ON YOUR GE & NFM. Do better because as customers, we expect better.
