I chose them cause it said fast and easy with most payments received in eight hours... Today's been a week.I still haven't received my payment. I was promised status emails, which i've not received any unless ive been the one whos initiate it. It's impossible to get through to anybody.The phone number is disconnected and they have a fake address listed. The only person I've been able to even reach is some guy named Justin Cooper. So I have to wonder if he's real, or if he's just a bot.. Their whole setup seems to be a scam. I've yet to see anything that would make me think Otherwise. Submitted a fifty dollar game card a week ago, and it just says under review. Meanwhile, I just get passed along or ignored... If you come across this site and need to sell your gift cards I would highly suggest going somewhere else. Don't use them .there's no reason it should take a week to get a $50 payment when I submitted the card with the original receipt. I only wish I would have read these reviews first. That's my bad...Ive contacted local athorties and the attorney generals office...maybe in their world 50 isn't alot of money...in mine though that's gas to and from work... shame!!!! Update- their thieves.! I would encourage everyone who's had a bad experience with these guys to continue writing bad reviews ...The detective I spoke with Said that he saw numerous complaints in their database. So hopefully it's only a matter of time untill these guys get taken down

PRIMO-AE7DA4-9BC4 ref # Sent a Lululemon gift card on July 14th. 17 days ago now. 13 business days. The $127 gift card balance has been exhausted. Still nothing in terms of payment. I have been in contact with Justin Cooper, a supposed operations manager. He just keeps saying they are working on it, but he can't give me an estimate on time. No updates, nothing. Wish I did more research about this company before using them. I am sure I'm scammed at this point. Sure of it. Update - If company ends up sending payment, I will update on here. So if it doesnt show it, I haven't been paid. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks.

I uploaded a $200 Macy’s gift card 8 days ago. They took the money off the card within seconds. The website still shows step 1 (submitted) there’s been no updates or anything. The chat bot doesn’t work. No 800 number to call and the email gives generic answers. The website claims 8 hour turn around and here I am waiting at day 8 and nothing from them. Will be filing a BBB and FTC complaints about them if I don’t get my money by the end of the weekend.

It’s been 11 days since I submitted my gift card. The email correspondence has been bland. They keep saying it’s been forwarded to the dispute team. I’ve threatened a lawyer, which has given me advice and even called my local Police department to notify them of this scam.

I have them a 180.00 Sephora gift card and I’m still waiting to get paid. It’s been 29 days and still nothing. I have emailed this company 24 times and I get a auto generated response. This is a scam and I have reported this company to FTC, My State Attorney General’s office too. Next is to contact legal advice and small claims. This is the worst company to deal with. There is absolutely no reason it should take 29 days to Zelle the money. You have the gift card receipt and it’s legit. You stole the money from the gift card and refuse to pay me.

It’s been 7 days since my submission and I still haven’t received payment to my PayPal account. I’ve reached out several times and i immediately get an AI response agreeing with my disappointment and even displayed frustration with the constant neglect coming from the service department responsible for releasing payments. Tells me every day that my submission has been flagged as priority and that there will be a human contacting me within minutes but I get no reply back until the next day when I send another message wondering what is happening. The process starts all over again day after day. I’m convinced it’s a complete scam and will be taking action towards exposing it so they can’t continue stealing from people who are obviously in a jamb seeking some extra cash by selling their gift card in the first place. Adds to the evil in this world today in my humble opinion of course. Beware
