Now 21+ days, still absolutely nothing but chat bot runaround and "humans" (Justin Cooper) who do not respond in any capacity. If I read "this will be resolved today" my head is going to pop. Can't wait for them to reply saying that there was nothing on the card as I have irrefutable proof there was $300 and it was cleaned out within minutes BY THEM on July 6th. Reference number PRIMO-C0C503-99FA I had a $500 Macys gift card that they offered me $460 for over 3 weeks ago. I submitted everything as requested, even the receipt, which should have helped move the process along faster. They took my balance to $0 immediately after submission. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times but only received an email back once letting me know that my issue was being transferred to the appropriate team and that they would be in touch soon. I still have not been paid or had anyone else reach out to me. Where is my money????

18 days no payment this is a scam never use this

I submitted my Macys cards 4 days ago. Checked my card and they all now have a zero balance. I tried contacting them on the chat and Miles the bot keeps saying a love teammate will be with you shortly. I've been waiting for hours. Still nothing and I they are using a fake address on their site. Don't use this company. Bunch of scammers. Fix this or I'm sure you'll have a big class action lawsuit on your hands and maybe be someone's prison B*#?h. PRIMO-A80341-E7B1

Totally non-existent scam company or company front. After one AI generated response, with no action taken, I cashed in my balance on my card with CardCash. I submitted my card information to them and had my money directly deposited in 3 days. I still haven’t let GC Primo know that I went with someone else but I will. 16 days later there’s been no more correspondence from them anyways. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WITH THEM. Modern day pirates and scammers

I'm not going to delete my previous review, my experience with Gprimo wasn't amazing. I'll add that when I did reach out to follow up because my gift card hadn't sold well after 8 hours that a response was quickly every time. It took about 9 days to get a payment and it wasn't until I made this review you see below that they payment was sent. I'm not going to sell a gift card again to them, I don't like to worry about receiving my payment and I like it to be at least somewhat timely. Also when said and done I didn't get the full amount advertised....I was suppose to get $73.60 plus a $5 welcome bonus...they gave me a flat $75. If you read the previous review I won't be reporting them for anything because I did end up receiving a payment. PLEASE READ AND LISTEN TO THIS. This Website Is A Complete Scam. Anything said otherwise is false and most likely anything positive are people within there own group trying to make the website look authentic and real. I tried to sell a $80 Best Buy gift card to them...don't believe anything the website says about the process. That your card information is hidden while they process and verify to pay you. Nothing they are saying is true, it's all a plan and detailed steps to make you feel comfortable and to think they are professional/legitimate. THEY ARE NOT. I submitted my $80 Best Buy gift card for sale...it went well past the 8 hour window they said for approval and payment to be sent. I contacted them waiting about two days...got an email detailing that most are done in 8 hours, some take up to 2-3 days and on rare occasion it can take up 5-7 business days. I waited nervous they were scamming and also didn't care to check the balance on the cad to see if it was still safe and not stolen yet. Well I got to like business day 8...contacted them again...they told me a special department would contact me to resolve this, no one has contacted me. I spoke to Best Buy they told me the card was used for most of its balance the same day I submitted the card to Gcprimo, used in some area in the East Coast. Again this place is a complete scam. I will be filing a police report with my local police, a complaint with the FTC and also other agencies regarding online scams. I do hope there website gets shut down and hope agencies take my instance plus any of the others I'm sure they stolen from and track these people down one way or another. I don't like seeing people get in trouble, but they are stealers/liers and they feel like it's welcome to take from people. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. Hopefully most of whatever they get from this also drys up and yeah that they get caught.

This feels like a scam, my fault for not reading the reviews first. Although I shouldn’t have to be warned for a business to be ethical and fair . They wiped the balance from my gift card within the 2 day and it going on 6 days and I’m just getting back the robotic responses . Nothing getting done just playing games with me .
