Complete scam. Justin Cooper, if that's even his real name, should be arrested. Check my transaction - PRIMO-E39E6F-3D8C. 31 DAYS and no movement. Money was taken the day I submitted the card. I have reached out via email several times and get the same generic response. They owe me 255.00. Do not use this company!!!

Submitted an unused gift card from Best Buy on Jul 23, 6:55 AM ET (PRIMO-4074BA-1817). The balance was drained shortly after. Their Site says most are approved in under 8 hours, and also claims that when the card clears verification the payout is sent the same day. It obviously got cleared since the balance went to $0 not long after submiting. there is no update at all on the order page and the customer service chat is garbage no one ever responds even though the AI does a good job acting as if your problem matters assuring a real person will respond and work ro resovle any issues.

they rip me off 160 so about 95 payout but I cancelled the submission after about 2 weeks of sitting at stage 1 processing. was told my money should have never left my card it was never actually submitted. but here we are, maybe 3 months later, still no word on anything. scamming 101.🤦🏼‍♂️ & I'm the sucker.

This place is a joke!! Been waiting 3 weeks already for a payment. They took the funds off my card immediately. Don't fall for this scam.

I have been waiting 11 days for a payment, and the status still only shows "received". I have sent multiple messages to support only to continually receive the same general message that my submission is being reviewed and I will be contacted directly with each step and or change in status. I have never received any such correspondence, not even one time. I demanded my payment or the return of my gift card balance and again, I get the same generic response. PRIMO-35C0C5-F9A8
