This is backed up by the amount of value they have stored in their customer accounts. I have contacted Support on less than a handful of occasions, and then only for questions and instructions rather than any problems encountered. I have always been impressed by the speed and outcome. My only criticism, and it's only been happening recently, is that the invoice sent to me for the quarterly storage, audit and insurance has been arriving later and later, giving me very little time to have the amount in my account to cover it before the due date. In fact, the last quarterly invoice (for payment end 2025) was emailed only after the beginning of 2026. Fortunately, I had been informed on one of the previous occasions that I had a 2 week grace period that I had could utilize. I regard this as only a minor glitch. So, my impression of HAA is one of excellence in a world of decreasing standards, and I have no hesitation in calling it a 5-star organization, with a full recommendation to anyone looking for purchase and storage of precious metals, at a location of your choice.
