I purchased two pair of shoes from Gatsby, black and brown. The slim support came out in 2 days. The white lining on the side of shoes started coming after wearing for 3 days. I contacted the phone number, it just says to contact through email. I started getting pain in my feet especially in heel area. First of all, the shoes were not delivered for more than 25 days. The customer service emailed back that the return should be with in 30days from the day order was placed. Such a rip of money. They charged more than $100 for 2 payout of shoes.

Horrible experience having ordered shoes from Gatsby. Order arrived two weeks late and one shoe was tighter than the other shoe. I explained this to Eva Cortez in customer services . Eva basically told me that I would have to return the shoes back to the US at my own shipping cost. She refused to pass me on to a manager and basically told me that a smaller shoe is not a fault. Appalled with the service !!

I encourage everyone to simply contact Utah BBB - 4-1/2 months I tried to communicate with Gatsby and was ignored - never received an exchange or refund - 3 days after contacting Better Business Bureau I received a refund to my credit card!!!!! This company is a fraud but BBB took care of it!!!!!

I ordered 2 pairs for shoes, size 11. They never arrived even though they said they called to my house. I also got a text message asking for my Bank card details, including its Security Number, which I declined, asking for £1 redelivery charge. I have tried contacting this company, but as yet have received no reply.

The order was shipped from China and had a long delay in getting the original order due to who knows what... when arrived they did not fit. That's understandable as it can happen. The problem is that the company said they can only be returned for a refund or exchange if within 30 days of the original order being placed and not when the shoes arrived from China. A customer cannot be expected to shoulder this responsibility. Additionally, I was told that I would have to create my own return shipping label and pay for the shoes to be returned to a warehouse - with very specific instructions on how to ship them back (unknown if I would ever actually see a refund). Just a poor company policy and as such, a poor decision of mine to have chosen them to buy shoes.

The size conversion table Gatsby show (to establish UK sizing) is incorrect (at least it is different to others shown online) and so when the shoes I ordered arrived, they were a half size too small and did not fit. I have my doubts that the shiny upper material is in fact leather as advertised - there is a fold and poor unsightly edging and worst of all, the lacing eyelets have no reinforcement. I asked to return the shoes per Gatsby's "30 Day Guarantee" advertised online and a whole load of conditions appeared including the fact that the shoes have to be returned to Orem, UT 84058 (from the UK at my own cost and risk!) in pristine condition and that a 2$ 'service charge per item' (is that 4$ on a pair of shoes?) is levied. I have the biggest issues with Gatsby's slick marketing. Everything gives the impression of a British or possibly American company (use of the words Gatsby, Oxford, etc) - but the shoes are shipped from China. Even the personnel working for the company appear to have English names (or possibly psuedonyms). The quality is not in my personal opinion the "high quality" such that one is accustomed to in the UK, Europe or North America. I have also watched the reviews which flash by on the website's home screen every few seconds and so far as I can see almost every one scores Gatsy 5 stars out of 5 which seems rather unlikely. My personal experience is one of profound disappointment and I won't be spending further hard-earned monies shipping these shoes which don't fit back across the Atlantic in the hope of receiving some money back. Caveat emptor!

Bought the shoes in November. Have worn them maybe 10-15 times the shoelace has ripped the leather almost to the point of ripping through. I sent a picture and they said they are not responsible for wear. They are poorly designed.

It took 2 months for my order to arrive, then the shoes are too small. I h, but NO have been trying to contact them for 4 weeks and several emails, but no response. I tried to call them.....no answer, they gave another email address, so I contacted them...they were very rude and said STOP contacting them ! I will cancel my visa charge DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!!
