What's the return address
What's the return address? I just sent the shoes back to the sender's address. They won't respond to email, in other words they have the email support at gatsbyshoes.co is blocked from sending emails, and the phone number is also blocked 614.285.5406

Total scam
Total scam, had the shoes for 5 weeks when the sole completely separates. Customer service says no refund if the shoes have been worn. No guarantee, no service, no way to contact them, this group is selling plastic junk.

FRAUD - BUYER BEWARE
Terrible customer service and return policy! As many have mentioned, the return window starts at 30 days from the order date, not receipt date. They took 3 weeks to come from China. Wrong size and horrible chemical smell. Returned promptly (on my own dime). They charged a restock fee and back charged for originally shipping the shoes which their add claims free shipping. Company is a total fraud. Will be filing fraud with Visa.

WHERE ARE MY SHOES?!
WHERE ARE MY SHOES?!! I received 2 pair of shoes on Feb 3, 2022. They were too small so I immediately returned them. Gatsby received my returns on Feb 10, 2022 (tracking number USPS 9461211108036497862983). Your company was to send me size 15 mens shoes WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED! Gatsby stopped replying to my emails on 4/20/2022 (Eva Cortez Customer Service Representative was the last to respond stating "Thank you for reaching out to us. In regards to your returns, the warehouse normally process and inspects returns in 1-2 weeks time but sometime, they take longer, but once the return has been fully inspected, we will refund/replace. For other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us! ). I responded to her advising "?! Longer?! Its been over 2 months! I am requesting a verbal conversation with a customer service representative. Please advise a phone number to call.'" To which NO ONE HAS REPONDED. I need either a refund or the shoes IMMEDIATELY. This is terrible business! Don't trust them! I'd give them a "NO STAR" rating, but I didn't see it offered!!

Poor Quality and Horrible Return Policy
It took over 3 weeks for the shoes to arrive. I opened the package and there was a terrible chemical smell. Furthermore, the sizing is completely wrong. I ordered a size 12 and the shoes that arrived are maybe a size 10. Finally, the "30 Day Guarantee" is misleading. You have 30 days from the order date and then have to pay for return shipping, IF you get the shoes within the 30 day window. Don't bother wasting your money at this sham company.

Scam
Shoes are uncomfortable and mostly plastic. Retuned them over 8 weeks ago and still no credit. There phone number is only a recording saying to email them. Email just gets automated response.

Absolutely terrible shoes
Absolutely terrible shoes. Although they look nice. They will fall apart very quickly. I bought two pairs seven weeks ago and the one pair the soul has completely fallen off the shoe. Send an email to the company asking what my options were and they told me there is no option if you’ve already won the show. What a joke! Do not waste your money on this company‘s shoes.

Horrible experience and waste of money
Horrible experience! They took 2 weeks to arrive only to find out they did not feel nor look anything like the photos. Plastic flip flops turned into a shoe-like item. The return policy requires you to ship them back at your own cost to the US and if they don't get within 30 days of your ORDER DATE you won't get your money back. I suggested they look at the consumers act if they want to sell in the UK and they only replied with long sentences separated by commas in a rude manner dismissing everything you say. Complete scam!
