Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered 3 items, only received 2 . They refused to send out the missing item as they said the shipment was the correct weight. Poor quality but hesitant to return as I felt I wouldn't get refunded. We learn by our mistakes, never again. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased two pairs of shoes from GatsbyShoes and had to return them as they were the wrong size. I have contacted the company numerous times and they have not reverted particularly when I said I would look for a refund. If this is a decent company then your customer service should contact me directly. My order number is gatsbyshoes50586. I will hold my judgement on this company for the moment.

Terrible!!!!!! A well-designed SCAM!! The plastic leather shoes have never seen a piece of leather, and the return policy is a joke. The cost of sending the shoes back to Utah was prohibitive and with no guarantee of arriving within 30 days of order I would have lost even more money. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment. This a lie from start to finish. In response to your comment-When did you try and get in touch? Please can you provide a screenshot? Reaching out almost two years after my review is not prompt in any way that is reasonable, it is extremely poor at best. You have my details and a full refund would be appreciated.

Do not buy! The website spreuks about how good they, but in fact they are rubbish. Fell apart within a few day of arriving. Will only issue refund within 30 days. They arrived in 33...almost like it was planned. Also, if they are worn AT ALL, too bad

These shoes are cheap pieces of junk and the company is deplorable. The shoes didn't even last through two hours of wear before the heel of the sole completely came apart from the upper. DO NOT BUY GATSBY SHOES!!! Company will not offer any returns or refunds if the shoes have been worn at all.

The shoes are made poorly. The sole came off the shoe after wearing 3 times. They will not offer any solutions for the issue since the product is used. Edit: 2023-08-17 The company tried to get this review taken down by asking for additional information. Do not buy this product, the company does not back it.

They don’t tell you this but their shoes are basically “wish” shoes. They ship from China in no particular hurry. They don’t mention this until after your purchase. They won’t communicate with you and the whole thing is a scam. They don’t publish the negative reviews on their site either. Avoid.

BUYER BEWARE!! Absolutely the worst company i have ever tried to deal with. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them and they were supposed to arrive with in 2 weeks. Well they arrived after a month. They didn't fit and we wanted to return them, well that's a joke because you only have 30 days from the date of order to return and guess what I didn't receive them until after 30 days. Try contacting customer service by both email and phone. PHONE what phone that's a joke recording says to send an email. After 4 emails finally got a response that it was my problem not there's. Unreal right???? The person behind the keyboard was rude when i questioned there return policy when they can clearly see the shoes were received after the 30 day window, again thats my problem not theres. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. WORST COMPANY EVER.....
