Poor sizing and return policy
The shoes looked pretty good but when received they were very narrow, and I ordered a half size larger than typical to account for that possibility. They squeeze so tight that it is pure pain to wear them. Then after receiving the shoes, thats when I find out the return policy is designed to be a major pain to the customer so they won't bother to do it.
