They sent the wrong size. And denied doing so claiming that a Chinese 46 is a 10 1/2 US. Which is not and is obvious it isn’t. And refused to give me a refund

Dont buy them canceled after three weeks and have not got money back they never shiped it is a scam

We purchased a new pair of Gatsny shoes in December. They did not hold up.

Ordered my boots on Feb 22 have had zero updates, boots have still not arrived but you can bet Gatsby already withdrew my money. Worst online purchase experience ever. Hopefully when the boots do finally get delivered I actually like them. If buying is this difficult I can’t imagine how troublesome a return will be.

Terrible quality shoes, never had a worse pair. Ordered two pairs both lasted less than 3 weeks before the upper and sole separated. A total waste of money.

All of these 5 star reviews are fake. My Gatsby shoes are of terrible quality and started to fall apart after 4 months of moderate walking. Upon removing the insoles, the frame of the shoe is made out of soft rubber and has squashed down as a result! I just discovered a crack on the bottom of the shoe sole when it was raining outside and my foot got all wet! I do not recommend this shoe to anyone.

Gatsby Shoes lasted 6 weeks, then the finish peeled off. Gatsby customer service is not good.

Thank you for the opportunity to be heard. I bought  these shoes because I thought they would be a great way to have a dress shoe that feels good and last a long time. I do not wear dress shoes often so I'm not used to the hard sole that come with them. I wore my Gasby Oxfords 8-10 times over a 9 month period. On the last use I noticed the sole was separating from the shoe. I contact customer service and they said I was outside the window of replacement, which was 6 months. I provided pictures of the bottom of the soles and the tops to show their obvious minimal use, but no adjustment was offered. Even 50% off my next pair would have something. I can not recommend Gatsby shoes to a friend and I will never buy another pair again.
