Hi Elizabeth, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It's definitely not what we are aiming for our customers. I have carefully reviewed your email and the images sent, I don’t find any damages on the shoes received. These are just light deformation occurred during transit, possibly due to mishandling while in the care of the courier. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to package items securely, occasional incidents like this can happen during shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
