Shes fell apart and they wouldn't replace until this review
The shoes were fine, perhaps even quite good. But they lasted about nine months and fell apart. Customer services told me that they wouldn't even consider a replacement (and this is without examining the shoes) which I'm pretty sure is against my statutory rights (as I suspect goods not of merchantable quality). Having point blank refused to even consider a replacement - this review (originally one star) got a quick reaction and a replacement (which appear to be a size too small).. but they did try so increasing to two star review.

Low quality product
Low quality product. Gets all cracked, wrinkled & looks old after 1 day. A Chinese company that doesn't understand the US or the Online Retail Market. Stay away! If you buy this, be mentally ready to pay close to $10 to return your stuff. June 11, 2024 Update. Seems they removed me from Facebook ads (since I don't see them now). And now seems I'm getting a notice this review may be deleted if i don't review their reply =/. I hope Gatsby's reply below is honest. Unless they credit me back to my bank account I won't consider buying anything else from them.

Sells rebranded cheap shoes from Taobao/Aliexpress
Like many, I was first drawn to this shoe brand by the eye-catching designs on their social media ads. This is a reseller of shoes that can be found all over Taobao (aka AliExpress) for less than half the resale price. you can find the exact same styles sold by some other brands such as WearBreeze.co. Shoes are of much cheaper quality than described on their website - not "orthopedic" at all with a paper thin cardboard insole, nor made of the premium materials as described. Return process was easy. I kept one pair to try and they hurt my feet after only a couple hours, which I fixed by replacing their insoles with better aftermarket insoles. I don't expect them to last long but they do look nice.

Poor quality and expensive to return
I can only echo the words of others. The quality of the shoes are poor and they do not appear to me to be Orthopedic as advertised. The cost of returning then is more than I paid for the shoe. EDIT: I've updated the rating to two stars. When I contacted Gatsbyshoes about my dissatisfaction with the shoes and wanting to return them, they responded quickly. They offered a 30% refund of the purchase price without having to return the product. Better than nothing.

The shoes are less than advertised
The shoes are less than advertised. I got mine after 14 days which is fine given the location shipped from. However, they look very cheap and shoddily made. The look is not leather but a facsimile of. The shoe I received is not leather as advertised.

I was interested in the shoes because…They advertised, comfort and easy return policy
I was interested in the shoes because of the purported comfort, but their selection of Wide Width sizes made me hesitate. An individual from their company contacted me and said they were confident I would find a fit and if not they were returnable. I ordered and received them (all the way from China based on the shipping type they selected) they arrived in a plastic bag (very classy). I couldn't even try them on, they were so small. So i initiated a return only to be hit with a 10% restocking fee and $12 to Fed Ex them back (which is ironic since they were shipped to me on a slow boat for about $3). I reached out to them to see if they would consider waiving the at least the shipping fee as the sizing issue is on them. I the response I received might as well have been A/I or a robot as I received only a "were very sorry that you're dissappointed" response.

Shoes were less impressive
Shoes were less impressive when I got them than online, so I wanted to return. I was hit with a £42 courier fee (I couldnt arrange my own return), and a 10% re-stocking fee which is illegal in the UK under Distance Selling Regulations. I felt quite ripped off, as these are not clear terms on their website. Out of the £100+ spent, I was offered about £45 by their system.

The shoes arrived and looked good
The shoes arrived and looked good. There is little to no padding in the shoes so you will need to purchase an insole. The leather is cheap and cracked after a few wears and the heels of the shoes started falling off after about 10 uses. I contacted the company and they would not refund or replace the shoes.
