Terrible product, terrible customer service….two months into trying to deal with a fake company that has still not refunded me…even after sending the crap shoes back the same day they finally came! AVOID! Shame on social media for promoting fake products!

Great marketing--poor customer relations. I ordered shoes, made payment, heard nothing back for weeks until I wrote to the company. They should have informed me proactively that the shoes were on backorder. It was not until I wrote to customer relations that I was informed of the back order. Not sure if it was a person or a BOT that responded to my inquiry. The tracking system is prehistoric compared to other online retailers. Suggest that Gatsby invest as much in customer relations as they do in marketing.

Buyer beware. I bought a pair of shoes and they did not fit. After I returned them its been over a month and did not get a refund. They send the same generic email over and over when you ask for updates and their customer service number is a message telling you to email them.

Recently ordered two pairs to try as they were on sale. The shoes looked great when they arrived; however, after wearing one pair 3 times (for just a couple hours each time), they were already falling apart. I reached out to the company inquiring about a replacement due to what I was hoping was just a defect in one pair, but was told that they do not replace shoes if they have ever been worn. Beware buyers…low quality and do not stand behind their products.

The shoes took a long time to arrive and there was very little information about when they would arrive. They ARE NOT leather. I know my leather. These are plastic. So very disappointed and glad I only paid half. Don’t waste your money.

Worst customer service I seen. I still have no shoes after several weeks and I have no refund! I just want my money back. I did send the shoes back at my cost because both were the wrong size. More than one month passed after the shoes were received per your instructions before I got the credit card company involved. I would never have been paid back by Gatzby without my credit card company.

The shoes came from china and took 3 weeks to get to me. I returned them as soon as they arrived. They received them on September 15th and I stll have not gotten my refund! I do however get the same canned reply everytime I ask when my refund will be issued. DO NOT TRUST THESE FRAUDS!
