ordering process is flawed quality is absolutely horrible return policy is a JOKE now I have $145 dollars worth of JUNK

I ordered two pair of shoes over 8 weeks ago. I’m thinkin this is a sham company, like so many others these days!

I don't recommend this company. Bought shoes with them over a month ago. They are still unable to commit to a delivery date and are unwilling to provide a refund. Can't say anything about the product, since I never received them. Wouldn't do business again with them. Don't expect to receive their products quickly. Citing a Gatsby Shoes customer representative: "Thanks for reaching out, In regards to your inquiry, Our Shipping times are between 7-15 business with a maximum delivery of 30 business days, however this may extend during peak season, You can view our shipping information via our website , as for your order, unfortunately as of the moment, we cannot give you the estimated time of delivery as we do not have any control with the package once it is shipped or in transit, however you can continuously check the tracking information we sent you for your order's update as it is updated from time to time. For other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us! Sincerely, XXXXX Customer Service Representative"

I ordered my shoes in March 2023. I wore them once a week to an office type environment for 6 weeks when I noticed the shoe side wall was separating from the sole. After contacting their customer service, I was told "Thank you for reaching out to us and we are sorry to know about what happened to your shoes, unfortunately we do not refund/replace products that are damaged due to usage. Please refer to our return/replacement policy below:" I understand that you will wear out a shoe but 6 days of wear? Sounds like a quality issue to me.

I feel like this place is a scam. I never received my shoes they would not refund me so I had to call my credit card company and have them deal with it. I don’t recommend this company. They are terrible.

I bought two pairs of Gatsby shoes in hopes of getting sneaker comfortable shoes that look like dress shoes. The soles of the "Oxford Lisse" pair separated from the shoe after being worn only 3 times. I contacted Gatsby and their response was "unfortunately we do not refund/replace products that are damaged due to usage". I DO NOT RECOMMEND GATSBY SHOES.

Advertising as leather shoes, but on receiving said shoes realising they are plastic, very cheap and inferior quality with insoles that are one step away from paper. Refund policy is a joke, UK buyer but I’d need to ship them back to the US which would cost loads and judging by other reviews not likely to get a refund. I’d 100% not wear these shoes out. This company and product are very well marketed, sell under various names but 100% a scam. Keep your money and buy from a proper company with proper shoes. BEWARE!!! 6 months after my review, Gatsby respond with good read, sadly none of it a reality. These are one of the worst things I've ever purchased, and Gatsby a terribly dishonest company. Per my original review, just spend your money elsewhere!!!

I ordered shoes 4 weeks ago and haven't received any shoes. I believe this company is a scam. Do not order shoes from them. They took my money and provided fake routing number. Customer service number is a recording.
