These shoes that I received are 100% plastic. They smell awful and I’ve been trying to send them back. However, no one has responded to my repeated emails which is the only way you can contact them supposedly. I am angry and frustrated! Do not buy these cheap shoes!

This is a complete scam. Don’t even bother. The shoes are embarrassing and when you return for refund they do everything in their power not to pay you. You’ll have to perform charge backs with your credit card company to investigate this scam to get your money back.

Avoid company at all costs. The shoe quality is terrible. After only 1 wear the sole came away from the shoe. The company refuses to refund.

I enjoy the shoes however, they took a long time to come. After 3 wearings, the toe & heel came off as the glue didn't hold. I asked to return them and was told no but could have 30% off the next order. That was a laugh! Cost me $20 to get fixed. The return policy sucks!

The Shoes were stoled off my porch Wrote a e mail to the company 3 times And all I got in the response was how was the help from Eva ??? What help !!! Now I’m out 69.00 and no help at all for a replacement pair . Bad company, and bad customer service 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Don't waste your money. These are billed as orthopedic shoes and they are not. Uncomfortable, insoles are flat, and just not worth the price.

This company is a SCAM. The shoes are plastic, not leather. They come from China and take over a month to arrive. The shoes are smaller than the size marked on the shoes. The customer service is non-existent. They require you to send the shoes from China onwards to the USA at your own expense to qualify for a refund. The shoes are worth less than the shipping cost. The reply to this review is clearly disingenuous. The issue is that they refuse to refund. It’s a simple thing. They claim to be sorry, that’s really cheap and easy to say. The right thing for a genuine company to do, is to put your money where your mouth is and refund the cost. My conclusion remains BUYERS BEWARE, this company is a scam! I do hope my feedback remains invaluable! 😂😂👍
