Unbelievably disappointing company with absolutely unbelievable policy, I received the shoes almost 4 weeks after placing the order. I wore them approximately 5 times for my office job and the toe box separated. I contacted the company and they told me I was past the 30 day return window. I then googled them and see an internet full of negative reviews like mine. If only I would have googled them before I ordered I would have saved my money. I’ll literally never order from them again, I’ll tell anyone who will listen the same thing and at least I have learned to ALWAYS google a company before buying anything from them even if they claim positive reviews on the social media ads.

It has now been 50 days still no shoes. They want refund my money, but told me I return them. Read the return policy. This company has horrible customer service. I ordered shoes over 4 weeks ago and yet to receive them. The tracking information hasn't been updated in a week. Customer service indicates they are monitoring the situation but they never update. I believe Gatsby Shoes is a scam! Do not order from them!

I received the pair of shoes ordered, the quality was awful and they did not fit. I returned the shoes at a considerable cost due to international shipping and have not had a refund. Looks to be a Chinese dropshipping company that looks to be based in the US. Same shoes found on Temu for a quarter of the price. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Omg. The pictures look nothing like what I received. I was duped! They look like cheap dollar store shoes. If you are reading this, do not order. Pictures aren’t what you get. Never so disappointed in my life.

I do not recommend buying from this company. They have some pretty sketchy business practices and definitely do not care about customer service/satisfaction. You do not get any updates on your order unless you keep on top of them to request the information. The package came wrapped in bubble wrap and a flimsy bag all taped up. Not good presentation for what we paid for them. If the product needs to be returned for any reason then you have to literally jump through hoops to "request" a refund. They do not it even have to accept it. They requested that we keep them or donate them instead. We are not eating that much of a cost to keep a product that does not fit. They then emailed us a different "policy" than what is stated on their website which is down right sketchy. They said their "policy" is only to give 30 percent back after you pay to ship them back. That is not listed in their return policy online. They definitely do not have good business practices. We are not happy with the product and especially not the customer service. Super sketchy and and not a customer service oriented business. Stear clear!

If I would give them a zero I would. I ordered shoes, and got notification they shipped with a tracking number. The shoes never arrived and when track them it says “shipment waiting to be picked up in Jamaica NY”. That was over 20 days ago. Then I called the number on their website that says they have 24/7 LIVE chat, and it’s an answering service telling you to send them an email and then it hangs up on you. I wish I would have done better research on this company- as it’s obvious it was a scam.

Super slow shipping. I ordered 3 pairs on 12/3/23 and received 12/29/23. All three pairs fit differently, are not comfortable, and are not good quality. They make returning very difficult, but I am returning. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this company.

I ordered a pair as a Christmas gift for our son on Dec 3. They still haven't arrived. When I call their customer service number, I get a recording that send me to their web site. When I went to their web site, I never got a response from them as of yet. When I track the shipping, all I get is that it's getting to a facility or in the hands of a shipping partner. Shows no progress to delivery. Nothing good to say at this time.
