My wife ordered a 12-W shoe, however, after receiving them on Tuesday 4-16-25, I was unable to get my foot into either shoe. Checking the tongue, I saw 12-B. I request return and will ship them back for refund on Thursday 4-17-2025.

They are very nice and apologetic in e mails but the fact is they had my return for 3. Weeks and still no refund The shows I received were too small Made in China by small feet people

Great shoes, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Could not return pair that they sent in wrong size due to non response on email (no live person to talk to). Also, your order information is no where to be found once you confirm order.. The one's that fit are great though.

I read the reviews here on Trustpilot. I have to agree to be careful about fraud. I did not buy any shoes but as went to check out it did not give me a tax total. Said tax will be totaled after I pay. This is not the normal way to pay for online products, so it made me suspicious. Glad I checked here on Trustpilot. Also, each time I visited the site the countdown restarted to 59 minutes before sale expires. Another red flag.

I ordered a pair of shoes from their online shop at gatsbyshoes.de and assumed they were German, as there is also an adress in Berlin mentioned. But that's all fake. Tje shoes are China made. Mine came in wrong size. I ordered EU size 44 and received a pair in 46. Customer service claims they are Hong-Kong size 46 and supposed to match EU 44. But that's not true. 44 is 27.9cm in length. These are 32cm. They refuse to exchange the shoes or give money back. Well, they offer 50% of the amount or thatbI ship them in return to an adress in the US (which costs 30 Euro from Germany). The response is swift though, but not very helpful.

I purchased 3 airs of these shoes over a 2 month period, and was initially very happy with them, people noticed them and asked where could they get a pair. Sadly all three are having issues with the inside sole creeping up by the toes and making walking uncomfortable, so I took out the worst ones, as they were good looking shoes. Now my brown pair have separated at the seem and the supplier has refused to replace them even though they have only been used maybe 20 times. They simply say they only guarantee for 30 days!! What kind of a policy is that for a manufacturer 🤷🏼♂️ They clearly have little confidence their shoes will last!! They offered me a 35% discount on another pair, why would I buy another pair if they don’t even believe in their own product!! Real shame as they are very stylish ☹️

What keeps me from giving these shoes 5 stars is that the “leather” (don’t think they’re leather, they smell like plastic out of the box, not leather.) Came unglued from the rubber sole after 30 days of wearing them. What keeps me from giving these shoes 1 star is that they are very comfortable and light weight. So get some shoe goop to glue them back together if you purchase these shoes. edit. Just received “ I’m sorry, we strive for quality blah blah.” Didn’t offer to repair them, discounted new pair, just an empty apology. Lowered them by one star for crappy customer service. Words mean very little. I didn’t pay them with words.
