Hi Brian, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced regarding your frustrating experience with the shoes and the return process. This falls far short of the standards we aim to uphold for our customers. Regarding the fit of the shoes and concerns about their durability, I completely understand your hesitation. We take quality control seriously, and we'll investigate this matter further to prevent similar occurrences. After further review, we managed to issue a 30% refund back to your account even if you are no longer in contact with us. I hope this clears things out. If there's anything specific I can do to assist you further or if you have any additional feedback, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making this right for you.

Hi Mark, We previously discussed that your shoes fall outside our refund and exchange coverage. We understand this may not be the answer you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may cause. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d be more than happy to offer you an exclusive discount on a future purchase with us. We truly value you as a customer and would love the opportunity to serve you again. Thank you for your understanding. -The GatsbyShoes Team

Hi Daniel, I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you've experienced with the quality and sizing of the products. It's truly disheartening to hear about the issues you encountered with both the brown pair and the black pair of shoes. This falls far short of the quality and service standards we aim to uphold for our customers, and I completely understand your frustration. After carefully reviewing our interactions with you, I wanted to confirm that our records indicate we offered you the option to return the item for a refund but you agreed to a partial refund of 30% of the total cost of the order and kept the product. If there's anything else we can assist you with or if you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]
