Looking into your order I can see it took 9 working days to get to you, we do aim to get deliveries done as soon as possible but unfortunately there are some times delays. I see there was also an issue with the insoles but I am happy to see this was resolved but apologise for the added delay of this. As for the separation of the sole and upper, I am very sorry to hear this but I see you have not reached out to our support team regarding this issue, we strive for happy customers and quality products so it is sad to see an unhappy customer with a product we would not deep up to our standards.
